Zoning & Planning
The Village Zoning Board is tasked with interpreting and enforcing the village’s zoning ordinances, ensuring land use complies with designated residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural zones. It reviews requests for variances and special permits, making decisions to support the village’s development while maintaining its community character and compliance with local zoning laws.
